Legalization service

For countries that are not signatories to the Hague Convention, they may request that you provide a legalized version of your certificate.

This process involves a sworn translation of the certificate, then the certificate and translation are legalised by the Spanish Ministry of Justice, the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the country where the certificate is to be used.

This service will legalize your criminal record check or sexual offences criminal record check in accordance with the above. This process can take 1 to 2 weeks to process and costs £365 or its equivalent in Euros should you prefer to pay in Euros. This charge is in addition to the charge for the Spanish criminal record check and we can only provide this service for checks that we have processed on your behalf.
