Each certificate comes with a secure verification code that can be entered into the Spanish Ministry of Justice’s secure website that authenticates your certificate.
Before requesting final payment, we can send you a redacted version of your certificate via email for you to see that we have provided you with the service you have requested. We also invite you to read the testimonials at Trustpilot should you require further reassurance.
Once we’ve confirmed your application via email it takes 1 to 3 days under normal circumstances to process. Once payment is made and received, we email you the electronic version of your certificate the same day with the original being posted within 2 working days or shipped via courier.
Any person with any nationality can apply for any of our services, they’re not just for UK citizens.
No, we only need a legible copy of the photo page of your passport to process your request.
Payment can be made either in pound sterling or Euros via bank transfer. We also accept payments via PayPal (5% surcharge for PayPal payments).
Once we have confirmed your application and sent it to the Ministry of Justice for processing you can cancel, but this will incur and administrative charge of £40 or the equivalent in Euros.
Payment for our services is to be made no longer than 7 days after we advise that your certificate is ready.
You would need to ask the institution/authority that have requested the certificate if they need the certificate to come with the Hague Apostille or legalization. In the UK under current legislation there is no need for this certificate to come with said apostille or legalisation. For other countries please check with the requesting institution/authority.
