Application Process

To obtain your Spanish Criminal Record Check please follow these simple instructions:

1. Scan or take a colour photograph of your current valid passport.

2. Fill in the Application Form.

3. Send us via email the scanned copy of your passport and Application Form to the following email address here.

4. Once we receive your forms we will process with the Spanish Ministry of Justice, a process that takes between 1 and 3 working days. ONLY when we have your certificate ready will we request payment and then send your Criminal Record Check back to you by registered post or courier when requested (extra charge for courier depending on destination). In certain cases, such as applications from outside the EU or the UK we request an initial payment of £40, with the remainder to be paid once the certificate is ready. For shipments outside of the EU or the UK we only ship via UPS.

5. The current cost for the certificate & certified delivery postage is £146 (or equivalent in Euros). There are no hidden charges. We also offer a certified translation service from Spanish into English for your Spanish criminal record check, where necessary, for £44 (or equivalent in Euros). Payment is accepted via bank transfer or PayPal. (5% surcharge for PayPal payments)

6. Any incorrect or incomplete applications will be sent back to you to amend.
