3. Product information
Our service is open to any citizen throughout who holds a current valid passport and who wishes for us, to obtain on their behalf a Spanish good conduct certificate through the Ministry of Justice in Spain.
4. Right to cancel
Once you have requested the service(s) relating to the procurement of the Spanish good conduct certificate and/or a certified translation into English via the receipt by us of your email with the application form duly completed and signed (an electronic or written signature will suffice), and the Ministry of Justice in Spain having processed your request and/or the translator having prepared the translation, you are required and obliged to pay the current price of £147.00 in the case of the Spanish good conduct certificate, and an extra £46.00, in the event of requesting the certified translation into English, or the equivalent amount in Euros according to the official exchange rate at the time. Payment is required within 7 working days after receipt of the payment request via email by bank transfer or PayPal. A 5% surcharge is added in the event of payment by PayPal. No other forms of payment are accepted. Should payment not be received in accordance with this term we reserve the right to take any legal action necessary to recover payment as well as any legal costs incurred.
Should you wish to cancel your request after we have confirmed receipt you will be required to pay an administrative fee of £40 within 7 working days.
5. Notices
All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site (link). We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.) In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address of the addressees.
6. Conclusion
These terms are governed by English law. Any contract for the purchase of services from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by
English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
7. Applications from outside the EU or the United Kingdom
For applications from outside the EU or the United Kingdom, a deposit of £45 or €50 will be required to start the process of requesting a good conduct certificate, in advance with the remainder being due for payment once the certificate of good conduct and/or certified translation into English is ready.
