Application Process

To obtain your Spanish criminal record check please complete our online form below:

    •  Scan or take a colour photograph of your current valid passport.

    •  Fill in the Application Form 

    •  Send us via email the scanned copy of your passport and Application Form to the following email address here.

    •  Once we receive your forms, we will process with the Spanish Ministry of Justice which takes between 1 to 3 working days. ONLY when we have your certificate ready will we request payment. As soon as payment is received, we email you the electronic version of your document(s) straight away, with the originals being posted or shipped via courier, where requested.

    •  The current cost for the certificate is £149. There are no hidden charges. We also offer a certified translation from Spanish into English service for your certificate for an additional £45. Payment is accepted via bank transfer or Pay Pal.

    •  Any incorrect or incomplete applications will be sent back to you to amend.
